The hotel offers rooms with no fan or AC overlooking the car park, which comes with breakfast for fifty pounds. Changing clothes required using public toilets due to an additional payment. The quality of the bed was good, but the lack of cooling amenities was noticeable.
The hotel offers good facilities in the rooms and is situated in a beautiful area just on the outskirts of Birmingham. The service was a bit lacking as we encountered a staff member who seemed miserable. The dining experience provided reasonable value. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
